Add manual payment details

Add your own payment details to start invoicing immediately without verification. Clients will see your wallet address or bank account on the invoice and copy it to pay you directly.


When to use manual payment Details

Use manual payment details if you:

  • Want to start invoicing immediately without completing verification

  • Prefer to receive payments directly to your wallet or bank account

  • Don't need automatic invoice matching

  • Want to avoid the 1% transaction fee

Note: For a more professional experience with automatic matching and multiple payment options, consider enabling Flexible Payment Options instead.

How it works

  1. You add your wallet address or bank account details

  2. Client receives your invoice

  3. Client sees your payment details on the invoice payment page

  4. Client copies your details and pays you directly

  5. You receive payment directly to your wallet or bank account

  6. You manually match the payment to the invoice

No Acctual fees. Your bank or wallet provider may charge their own fees.


How to add manual payment details

Step 1: Go to settings β†’ Payments

  1. Click Settings (gear icon in sidebar)

  2. Select the Payments tab

  3. Scroll to Payment details, Invoices

  4. Click the Crypto or Fiat tab

Step 2: Add your payment details

Option 1: Add a crypto wallet

  1. Click the crypto tab

  2. Enter a name (e.g., "My USDT Wallet")

  3. Enter your wallet address

  4. Optionally connect your wallet

  5. Click add

Your wallet address will appear on invoices for clients to copy and pay.

Option 2: Add a bank account

  1. Click the fiat tab

  2. Select your currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AED, INR)

  3. Choose your payment rail (ACH, Wire, SEPA, SWIFT)

  4. Enter your bank account details:

    • Account holder name

    • Account number (or IBAN for EUR)

    • Routing number (if applicable)

    • Account holder address

  5. Click add

Your bank account details will appear on invoices for clients to copy and pay.

After adding your payment details, you may see a modal about enabling Flexible Payment Options. Click cancel to continue using manual payment details only.


What clients will see

When you send an invoice with manual payment details:

  1. Client opens the invoice

  2. Client sees your payment details (wallet address or bank account)

  3. Client copies the details

  4. Client pays you directly through their bank or wallet

  5. Client notifies you that payment was sent (optional)

You'll need to check your wallet or bank account to confirm payment received, then manually match it to the invoice.


Matching payments to invoices

When clients pay using your manual payment details, you need to manually match payments to invoices.

To match a payment:

  1. Go to the payments page

  2. Find the payment you received

  3. Click match invoice

  4. Select the correct invoice


Frequently asked questions

Do I need to complete verification?

No. Manual payment details do not require verification.

Can I add multiple payment methods?

Yes. Add as many crypto wallets and bank accounts as you need.

What currencies are supported?

All currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AED, INR, and any crypto wallet.

Are there any fees?

No Acctual fees. Your bank or wallet provider may charge their own fees.

Can I upgrade to Flexible Payment Options later?

Yes. Complete verification and enable Flexible Payment Options on your existing payment methods.

How do I know when a client has paid?

Check your wallet or bank account for incoming payments. You'll need to manually track and match them to invoices.
