Overview

Acelab includes all product information that is publicly available on the web. However, sometimes a cut sheet or some information may not be on the web and it may be an important factor in your decision. You can request information from either a Product Rep, if available, or by connecting with our team of Product Experts.

To get started with requesting information, find the product(s) in question. These can either be from a shortlist or a search. Each of these methodologies is outlined below.

From a Search

From a product search, please click into the product tile by clicking anywhere within the card of the product you would like more information on.

This will open a new page with the information on that product. At the bottom of this new page will be a button to 'Request Information'.

You will then select the project you have a question on, create a new project, or select 'General Research'. If you would to learn more about creating a project, click here.

⭐ Best Practice Recommendation: Setting up a project helps product reps and Acelab's team of product experts in assisting your team with their question. Knowing the project type, size, budget etc is immensely helpful to make the best recommendation possible when the team is filling in the missing information.

The next pop-up will allow you to check one or multiple options of the information you are looking for and once you 'Connect with an Expert' at the bottom.

A new conversation will be started for you in the Project folder selected. When someone responds to your request, you will get an email notification.

From a Shortlist

Navigate to the Shortlist you would like information on then hit 'Compare Products' at the bottom of the Shortlist.

From the next screen, it's easy to request information for the various products selected by using the 'Request Information' button.

If a product rep is available on the platform, the request will go directly to the rep who will get back to you ASAP. The name, photo, and title of the rep will appear below the Request Information button is a rep is on the platform. If a product rep isn't available, our team of product experts will look into your request and also respond ASAP.

Every time a request is made, a conversation is begin in Acelab and you will receive an email notification when there is a response. You can then come back to Acelab and respond as needed.

⭐ Best Practice Recommendation: Including comments and documents is also incredibly helpful for Product Reps or Product Experts. Please upload as much information as possible as this is all visible to those working on your request.
