Navigating to Schedules
Acelab's schedule functionality allows you to maintain schedules of your options and export them into your drawing set.
To navigate to your schedules, go to your 'Projects' in the top right of each page from anywhere on the platform. Once in your Projects homescreen, click on the project you'd like to work on or your firm library. In the below article, this will be working on a project basis but this same workflow can be applied to your Firm Library as well.
⭐ Best Practices ⭐
Firm Libraries are meant to be a record of products that the firm frequently uses, would like to use again, or never wants to use again. To make your firm library as robust as possible, the recommendation is to assess products after project completion with the team and identify which ones should be moved to the library. When a product is added to the firm library, include thorough comments, installation photos, notes from the team on performance, working with the reps etc.
Once you have made your project or library selection, navigate at the top left to the 'Schedules' tab.
Once the schedules feature is selected, it will be pre-populated with all the products you have saved to the project. These products are visible and there are a wide variety of information, views, and filtering options. Let's take it from the top.
