Casper test update 2026/2027: Which test should I take?

See the updated Casper test types for your program and select the correct one when reserving

We’ve renamed the Casper test types for the 26/27 admission cycle. Please make sure to select the correct test type when reserving your Casper test.

🇨🇦 Canada

  • If you are applying to Canadian Undergraduate Health Sciences, Canadian Teacher’s Education, or Canadian Undergraduate Engineering, you must now select Canada Casper 1 (English) when reserving your test.

  • If you are applying to Canadian Teacher’s Education – After Degree or Canadian Graduate Health Sciences, you must now choose Canada Casper 2 (English) when reserving your test.

  • If you are applying to Canadian Graduate Professional Programs in French, you must select Canada Casper 2 (Français) when reserving your test.

🇺🇸 United States

  • If you are applying to Undergraduate Business or Undergraduate Health Sciences, you must now select United States Casper 1 when scheduling your test.

  • If you are applying to Graduate Business or Professional Health Sciences, you must now select United States Casper 2 when reserving your test.

🇦🇺 Australia

  • If you are applying to Australian Undergraduate Health Sciences, you must now select Australia Casper 1 when reserving your test.

  • If you are applying to Australian Postgraduate Health Sciences, you must now select Australia Casper 2 when reserving your test.

🌐 Other Programs

For applicants to:

  • United States Graduate Medical Education

  • Canada Postgraduate Medical Education

  • Australia Specialist Medical Education

  • United States Medicine (MD or DO)

  • Australia Teacher’s Education

Your test type has not changed for the 26/27 cycle.
