We strongly recommend completing the Practice Video Interview to familiarize yourself with the format before proceeding to your official Video Interview. For guidance on preparing for your Video Interview and what to expect, refer to this article.
Once the practice is complete, you can begin your Video Interview when it becomes available. The Video Interview is conducted in a secure online environment and must be completed within the allotted time. It provides a standardized and fair evaluation experience while allowing you to complete the interview in your own time zone.
The test card will remain visible on your dashboard and display its current status (Not Started, Complete, Incomplete, or Missed), regardless of any refund or cancellation.
To complete your video interview
Select Assessment in the menu bar on the left.
On the scheduled date and time for the interview, select Start Test to begin.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the interview. Keep in mind what you have learned from your practice test.
