You can check and update most of the Canadian program ID numbers by following this link if you are signed into your Acuity Insights account.
You can also access a list of your program IDs in your Acuity Insights account by selecting your name (in the top right-hand corner), then Account. In the IDs tab, there will be a blue pencil icon next to any editable IDs.
If the pencil icon doesn’t appear, or to update an ID number for a program outside of Canada: please contact our Acuity Insights Team by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen when in your Acuity Insights account or by emailing support@acuityinsights.app to indicate:

The specific name of the ID you would like to update
The correct number for this ID
Once your ID has been updated, the new information will be made available to programs on your Acuity Insights score distribution list within 24 hours. There will be no further action required on your part.
