To ensure you're fully prepared to complete the Casper test, it's important to confirm your device meets the necessary technical requirements and that you're familiar with the test format.
Check Your System in Advance
Before your test date, you must complete a System Requirements Check at least once within 6 hours of your scheduled start time. This step helps avoid technical issues on test day. You can access this check through the Casper section of your Acuity Insights account.
We strongly recommend you do the system check:
Using the same computer you will use for the test
In the same location you plan to take the test
With the same internet connection, webcam, and microphone
You can run this system check as many times as you want before your scheduled test, but completing it at least once is mandatory.
Practice with the Test Format
Although it’s not required, we strongly encourage you to complete at least Practice Test once. Practice Tests are available in your Acuity Insights account and are designed to:
Help you become familiar with the test layout
Show examples of Casper scenarios
Reduce anxiety and increase performance on test day
Note: Your answers on the Practice Tests are not saved or submitted, and no feedback will be provided. They are for your preparation only.
You can complete Practice Tests that corresponds to your reservation as often as you'd like.
How to Access the System Requirements Check and Practice Tests
