Can Casper Test Dates Fill Up?

Are there limited test spots, and what happens if a test is full

Updated yesterday

While most Casper test time slots can accommodate a large number of applicants, some dates or times can fill up, especially as the test date approaches.

If a test slot becomes full, we may open additional time slots, but this is not guaranteed. For that reason, it’s important to reserve your Casper test as early as possible to ensure you get a time that works for you.

When should I reserve my Casper test?

We strongly recommend reserving your test at least 3 days before your preferred date and time. This allows time for:

  • ID verification

  • Payment processing

Some applicants reserve their test weeks or even months in advance.

Last-minute bookings are not guaranteed and should be avoided if possible.

Need accommodations?

If you need accommodations for your Acuity Insights Assessments, please submit your request at least 4 weeks before your scheduled Casper test.
