If you've been approved for accommodations on your Casper exam, your additional time or other accommodations are automatically applied to any current Casper test reservations that fall within your validity period.
When Are Accommodations Applied?
These adjustments are made directly by the Acuity Insights Team, there's no need for you to take action unless you need to reschedule.
Need to Reschedule Your Accommodated Casper Test?
If you need to change the date of a Casper exam that includes accommodations, the rescheduling must be done by the Acuity Insights Team.
When to Contact Us?
Please notify us as soon as possible, and at least one (1) week before your scheduled test date.

Will I Be Charged a Rescheduling Fee?
You may be subject to a rescheduling fee if:
You reschedule within 30 days of your scheduled test date, or
You reschedule after your original test date has passed
Exceptions May Apply
We may waive the fee if:
You’ve experienced a verified medical or technical issue
You are approved for a fee assistance program recognized by Acuity Insights
