Test Dates Not Listed For a Program

Why a program may not show up when reserving your test

Updated over a year ago

If you are unable to find a program when reserving your Acuity Insights Assessments, there are usually two possible causes:

1. You have missed the last possible test date offered for your program during the current admissions cycle.

2. You have already taken a test for the same test category (ex. US Professional Health Sciences) during the current admissions cycle.

All test dates are pre-arranged with academic programs and then posted on our website as they become available. You can review the most up-to-date list of programs that require Acuity Insights Assessments on our Dates and Fees page.

Please note:

  • You can only take each Casper test type once per admissions cycle. See here for more information.

  • You can add programs (in the same test type) to your distribution list even after completing your test, as long as they are still accepting scores. For instructions on how to add a program, please click here.

  • If you have applied to multiple programs that are under different testing types, you will have to complete a Casper test for each test type. For more information, click here.

Program application deadlines may differ from Acuity Insights Assessments deadlines. Please be assured that if you are able to reserve a test date or add a program to your distribution list, your Acuity Insights results will be delivered and valid for admissions consideration.

We work with programs to determine test dates and deadlines, but we are not involved in their admission decisions. For questions about specific programs’ admission requirements or deadlines, please refer to any admissions resources they may have available, or contact the program for more information.
