Sending a test link depends on the candidate’s current status in the assessment process.
Future Candidates - If the candidate has not yet started the test
You can send the link in one of the following ways:
Option 1
Click the checkmark (V) to the Left of the candidate’s name (or select multiple candidates).
Click the designated icon (as shown in the screenshot) to send the link:
A preview of the email message will appear. It is recommended to edit the text into a generic version suitable for all candidates in your organization.
At the end click "Send"
Option 2
Click on the candidate’s name or ID number (as shown in the screenshot).
Click "Send"

Examined Now - Candidates who have already clicked the test link
Click on "Examined Now"
Click the settings icon (gear icon) under the candidate’s name.
Select "Resend Link"
