To print your design without delays or errors, your file must meet certain technical requirements. Reviewing these points before submitting it will save you time and prevent us from having to request changes.
Before submitting your design, check:
You are using the template that corresponds to the product you purchased; make sure:
The size is correct.
The model is correct.
The fabric you selected is the one you want.
You haven’t modified the template. Some templates may be scaled or may not match the final measurements exactly, but during production we ensure that the product meets its technical specifications.
The file you send is in one of the following formats: PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, JPEG.
The color mode of your design is CMYK.
The file has a resolution of 150 dpi. Remember: Higher resolution means more file weight. A resolution of 150 dpi is enough to obtain good results.
Images are embedded and not pixelated.
Fonts are outlined.
