Why I can not upload a design to my order?

Here are the most common reasons why you cannot upload a design to your order.

Are you trying to upload a design and can't do it? The most common causes are as follows:

  • It is a format that is not allowed. We accept files in PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, JPEG format. We do not accept files in PNG format.

  • The file is too heavy. This can be solved by lowering the resolution, lowering the DPI, rasterising the images, etc.

  • We are checking your design. At this moment, print agents are reviewing the design you have uploaded and you cannot delete it or make any changes to it.

    If you have detected an error or there is something you want to modify, you should contact produccion@adivin.com to review your case in detail.

  • The design has already been printed and continues its course. You have uploaded a valid file and it has been printed, stitched and packaged or sent. Once the file is accepted as valid, the file upload system is locked and it is not possible to upload a new file.
