How can I upload my design?

Updated over a week ago

To upload the design associated with your order, you have the following options:

  1. Upload it during the purchase process.

In the second step of the purchase process you can upload the file containing your design. To do this, you must first download the corresponding template and insert your design into it.

However, there is the option to continue with the purchase process without having uploaded it.

  2. Under the "Designs" option in the menu of the Dealer Portal.

    • In the main menu, visit the "Designs" tab, select "Upload new design".

    • Select the corresponding order in the drop-down menu "Select your order".

    • Upload the corresponding file following the design instructions.

  3. In the "My orders" option in the menu of the Dealer Portal.

  • In the main menu, go to the "My orders" tab, check the invoice number and select "Fix design error".

If you need to upload several different designs, you can check the following article:

If my design is incorrect, how do I upload the corrected design?

To correct errors due to incorrect design, you can upload the corrected design by following the steps indicated in option 2 and 3 above.

Before uploading your design, you will need to remove any incorrect designs that have been uploaded previously. You do not need to delete designs that are correct.

Some considerations to bear in mind:

  • The design must be uploaded in one of the following formats: PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, JPEG.

  • Cannot exceed 50MB.

  • You will have to upload the design corresponding to each selected product.

  • Each design must be correctly inserted in its corresponding template.

  • You will be able to include previous designs.

  • You will be able to indicate design specifications in the 'Description' section.

Once the design has been uploaded, it will be checked to ensure that it is suitable for printing. If we find any errors with the design, we will inform you of the reason by email and in the order status on the website itself, in the "My orders" section.
