I can't access my account on the new page, what do I do?

With the change to the new website, if you had an account with us you do not need to re-register and all your account information remains intact after the change. The access to your account must be done with:

  • Your company's VAT number with

  • Password of your usual account.

If, after performing these checks, you are unable to access your account, we recommend that you contact us to review what has happened. Don't forget to provide us with information that allows us to verify that you are the administrator of your account. For example, the VAT number of your company, email or the number of the last order placed with Ádivin.
