Submitting a suspension appeal for your account

To submit an appeal for your suspended Google account, please carefully fill out the following information in the fields provided on the appeal form using the below as a guide:

First step: Click on “Contact us” on the suspension banner


Second step: A form will open on the right panel, click on “Submit an appeal”



Third step: Complete the appeal form using the information below as a guide

  5. Select a Google Ads Customer ID: Enter your account ID with the hyphens included (E.g 123-456-7890), then select your account. Please don’t use your Manager account ID, use the ID of the account that was suspended.
