🆕[Updated] Update to booking times: understanding start time increments

Updated this week

We’ve made an important improvement to how available booking times appear on your calendar. This change makes scheduling more predictable and better spaced for both you and your members.

🕓 What was happening before?

Previously, available times were based entirely on:

  • Your event duration (e.g., 30 minutes)

  • Any buffer times (e.g., 10 minutes after an event)

Start times were automatically calculated based on how each session fit into your schedule, which could sometimes cause:

  • Irregular gaps between bookings

  • Unpredictable availability patterns

  • Back-to-back bookings with no consistent rhythm

✅ What’s new: fixed 15-minute start time increments

We’ve now introduced a consistent 15-minute interval between possible booking start times.

This means your calendar will now display availability at:

  • 9:00 AM

  • 9:15 AM

  • 9:30 AM

  • 9:45 AM
    …and so on.

Even if your event is 30 or 45 minutes long, members will only see booking options that start at 15-minute intervals.

❓Do I need to do anything?

Nope! This update is already live and working behind the scenes. You don’t need to change your settings, your availability will now automatically follow the new 15-minute start time pattern
