Here are things we would advise you to do regarding a no-show:
Reach out to the mentee via Messages (if you haven't yet)
Mark the mentee as a no-show (we recommend at least 10 minutes into the session)
The Mark no-show
button is only available during the duration of the session.
If you're not able to mark the mentee a no-show within the session duration, here's a message you can copy-paste to send to the team. Please also attach a screenshot of your message to the mentee, if any.
Hi ADPList team,
I would like to request that you mark [Mentee Name] as a no-show.
Our session was supposed to happen last [Date and Time] but they did not attend despite my follow-ups and messages.
