Some of you might be wondering why you don't have availability on your profile. There are several factors that affect a mentor's availability:

  • You don't have a session created.

    • Sessions are how mentees book you. make sure you have at least 1 session set up for your availability to show in your profile.

  • You don't have a calendar connected

    • A calendar is required to be connected to ADPList as we scan your calendar for availability and other events.

  • You don't have any availability set

    • Is it possible that you've set your global availability but have not copied it across your session availability?

  • Do you have events in your calendar that may be blocking your availability?

    • Did you maybe create time blocks for your mentoring availability on your calendar? If so, ADPList will read you as unavailable.

  • Do you have any all-days events or multiple-day events that may be blocking your availability?

    • ADPList will read you as busy during whole-day or multiple-day events.

    • Did you switch off override all-day events?

  • Did you set booking limits that might have been already met?

    • Once you set booking limits and these limits have been met, you will be shown as unavailable for the day/week when those limits are met.

    • Did you set your daily booking limit to 0? If so, that will

  • Did you set blockout dates?

    • Blockout dates will make you unavailable for the days you've set.

  • All public sessions are turned off.

    • Did you maybe set all your available sessions to private? Private sessions are not shown on your profile.

  • Multiple calendars are connected

    • If you have multiple calendars connected, there might be one calendar with events blocking your availability. Don't forget to double check your availability across multiple calendars!
