You should be able to reschedule a session any time before the scheduled time and can find this option on your Bookings page.

Alternatively, you might also see this option that asks you to reach out to the mentor to schedule the booking. This means that you'll need to message the mentor as they will need to action the reschedule from their end.

⚠️ Important reminder: Cancellations done under 3 hours is considered last-minute and will cause you to receive an infringement. Infringements are not public and will not stop you from making a booking! They also reset every month. However, getting a total of 3 infringements will cause your account to be suspended - though you can appeal this suspension.

You will receive this warning prior to cancelling a session last-minute.
