How to reschedule a booking

You should be able to reschedule a session any time before the scheduled time and can find this option on your Bookings page.

  • Go to your Bookings page and click on "Reschedule this call."

  • Select a new date for the session

  • Don’t forget to provide a reason for rescheduling your session

⚠️ Important reminder: Cancellations done under 3 hours is considered last-minute and will cause you to receive an infringement. Infringements are not public and will not stop you from making a booking! They also reset every month. However, getting a total of 3 infringements will cause your account to be suspended - though you can appeal this suspension.

You will receive this warning prior to cancelling a session last-minute.
