Are you getting booked outside the available time you set? Here's how we can help you.

We're sorry to hear that you've received bookings outside of your booking limits.

The immediate solution is to reschedule these bookings to a time that would better work for you.

For us to investigate this further, could you send us a message with screenshots of the following?

  1. The booking as shown on your ADPList Bookings list

  2. The booking confirmation emailed to you by ADPList

  3. Your session availability for the session that was booked beyond availability

  4. The booking limits (if any) for the session that was booked beyond availability

You can also look through our article regarding availability to see if perhaps one of these points is affecting your availability, allowing you to be booked outside your limits and set hours.
