Use cases

  • Add an exciting type of interaction to your creative

  • Surprise the user or support your storytelling with the inclusion of motion sensors

Example

This example uses the shake triggers to fade in the battery bar assets and creates a cool interaction with the ad that relates to the content.

As with all examples, you can request us to copy them over to your company so you can look at how they are built in detail.

Shake counts

Here you can set a number of shakes that can be executed and causes events to trigger on the shake module from 1-4.

Sensitivity

With this slider, you can change the sensitivity of the gyro sensor when executing movements. Low will mean only slight movements will be needed to count as a shake, while a high value does the opposite.

Dark gyro notification

If this is activated, the gyro notification on a mobile device (asks to use the sensors) will be in a dark style. Deactivating it, will show a lightly styled request message instead.

Timeout

You can set up the timeout duration here. After it has run out when the ad is running, the "Shake timeout" event will be triggered, which you can use for changing the scene to an endcard or other events.

Properties & Clickout

As for the Background module, the Shake module allows you to change different properties like the opacity seperately in the "Properties" tab.

Also, you can set up a clickout link for the Shake module as usual.
