Engage your audience with interactive decision-making using the Match Module, a versatile tool that allows users to swipe cards left or right to like or dislike them. Cards appear stacked on top of each other, creating a visually appealing and intuitive interface for users to interact with. As users swipe through the cards, you can trigger scene changes or other results based on the number of cards swiped in either direction. Whether it's for gathering preferences, guiding users through personalized content, or creating engaging surveys, the Match Module offers a dynamic and interactive way to connect with your audience.

Use cases

  • Create interactive ads that incentivize the user to make decisions

Example

This example shows how the match module can be used to lead to different endcards and offer an interesting way of interacting with your ad!

As with all examples, you can request us to copy them over to your company so you can look at how they are built in detail.

Leading to endcards

There is a default endcard present at the end of the stack of cards. This will be shown if the module timeouts (default behavior) or you don't use any of the interaction triggers to handle liked/disliked cards.

Ideally though (like in most cases), you'd set up proper endcards as scenes, for example one for each liked card and one for when the user disliked all cards (more complex behaviors are possible, make sure to check out all possible interactions).
That way, you can properly style the scenes (with all modules available) to act as fancy endcards.

Initial animation

The first toggle lets you activate/deactivate the initial animation, which will move the first card a bit to show that the module can be interacted with.

Timeout

This field lets you set the timeout duration. After the duration has been reached, the Match timeout event will be called.

Buttons settings

You can change the assets for the match / nomatch buttons here. You can also change the position on the vertical axis, as well as the side margins.

Properties & Clickout

As for the Background module, the Timer module allows you to change different properties like the opacity seperately in the "Properties" tab.

Also, you can set up a clickout link for the Timer module as usual.
