Within the Aera app your current unlock balance is available within our "Help is here" section. All you need to do is to Start another conversation ("Send us a message") and select "💚 Check my 🏡 deposit credits" from the menu options.

You will then be shown your current unlocked balance.
We are regularly syncing this balance based on your activity. Note there may be a short delay between performing an action (such as depositing your first $500) and your unlock. Please reach out to us in the same chat window if you have any questions.
