How To Update The Forms Sent To Your Patients

Learn how to update the forms which are automatically sent to your patients through ANS

This article will talk you through how to change the forms which are being sent to your patients through the form automation settings. You are able to automate all of your forms within the software including medical questionniares, consent forms and aftercare forms.

By automating your forms, it means you are taking away the in clinic task of completing the forms with your patients. This can help speed up your treament times and also review your patients answers before they arrive in clinic.

Step 1 :

From the main menu, head to settings.

Step 2 :

From the settings page, head to the treatment settings area under the heading products.

Step 3 :

You will then need to then click on the treatment type you are looking to change the forms for.

Step 4 :

Then to enter the specific treatment you wish to change the forms for, click the pencil icon.

Step 5 :

You will then need to head to the bottom of the treatment settings to find the form section. In this area you will be able to update the forms you wish to be sent to your patients when this treatment is booked into the diary.

Step 6 :

Then once happy, hit update and this will change the forms which are attached for when this treatment is booked.
