This article will talk you through how to update a medical questionniare within ANS. This may need to be updated if a patients medical history has changed since they completed the questionnaire or an answer has been entered incorrectly.
Once a medical questionnaire has been signed, it cannot be edited however you are able to complete a new questionniare with the patient as their answers will pre-generate from their previous form they will just need to update any anwsers and sign again.
To learn how to update a medical questionnaire, follow our simple steps.
Step 1 :
First you will need to head to the appointment you are needing to update the questionniare for. Head to the diary and click on the relevant appointment. You will then just need to head into the patient record.
Step 2 :
From here in the patient record, you will need to enter the appointment for the questionniare to be updated for.
Step 3 :
Then you will be taken to the medical questionnaire section, where you will be able to find the previous answers given by the patient.
Step 4 :
To then update the answers, you will need to select to answer the questionniare again via the add another questionniare option.
Step 5 :
Once generated the patients answers will show again and they will then be able to update the questions needed. Once happy with the new answers, sign the form and hit save.
Step 6 :
Once saved, you will then have the original questionnaire and new present for the appointment so you have the history of forms signed against this appointment for the patient.
