This article will talk you through how to find where your patients marketing preferences sit within Aesthetic Nurse Software and how you can complete or edit them in the future.
The marketing preference section of the software allows your patients to opt in or out of being sent marketing emails and text messages from yourself with offers and information about the clinic.
To learn how to complete this information and how to edit the preference in future, follow our simple steps below.
Finding The Marketing Preference Section
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head into the patient area.
Step 2 :
Then head into a specfic patient record.
Step 3 :
Once in the record, to update the preference select the edit button.
Step 4 :
You'll then find a statement section half way down the page which is your marketing preference status. You will then be able to tick the box to agree to the statement or untick the box to opt out of the marketing preference.
Step 5 :
Once you then hit save, this will update the patient record. Which will then pull through to the marketing templates as well.
If you are creating a new patient record, this statment will appear in the same place.
