How To Remove An Exception

Learn how to remove an exception from your ANS

This article will talk you through how to remove an exception for your online booking page within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.

You may need to remove an exception if you no longer wish to work a specific day or you wish to open a day back up which you had previously blocked.

To learn how to to remove an exception from your practitioner availability, follow our simple steps below.


Step 1 :

From the main menu, head to the settings section.

Step 2 :

Then once in settings, head to practitioner availability under the heading online booking.

Step 3 :

Once in this section you will be shown a 2 week rota.

When entering the practitoner availability section if the screen is blank you may need to update your practitioner settings. Head to our guide on this section to help get set up.

Step 4 :

To remove the exception, you will need to head into the exception area of the practitioner availability.

Step 5 :

From here, you will see all your exceptions currently within the software. To remove an exception you will just need to select the remove button.

This will then remove the exception from your software and close/open the day that was previously listed.
