This article will talk you through how to add a new clinic into your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
A clinic is needed within you account to assign your appointments in order for an address to be sent in the confirmation emails. Your clinic also pulls through to your online booking page. If you work at multiple clinics you will just need to create all of these clinics within your software for appointments to be booked at them.
To learn how to add a new clinic into your Aesthetic Nurse Software, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to the settings area.
Step 2 :
Then from the settings page, head to the your clinic section under the heading personal.
Step 3 :
Once in this section, to add a new clinic select the new clinic button.
Step 4 :
You will then just need to complete the clinic details in the following section.
Step 5 :
After, there is a commission section, this is to document if commission is taken. This could be due to working at another clinic if they take a percentage or set amount. If this is not the case and no commision is relevant, you can just enter a 0 into the box and hit save.
Step 6 :
Once saved, the clinic will appear within your account.
If you work at multiple clinics you will just need to repeat the above process to add them all to your account.
