This article will talk you through how to reactivate a clinic within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.

A clinic is needed within your account to assign your appointments to in order for an address to be sent in the confirmation emails. Your clinic also pulls through to your online booking page. If you work at multiple clinics you will just need to create all of these clinics within your software for appointments to be booked at them.

You may need to reactivate a clinic within your software if you have started working at a specific clinic again.

To learn how to reactivate a clinic in your Aesthetic Nurse Software, follow our simple steps below.


Step 1 :

From the main menu, head to the settings area.

Step 2 :

Then from the setttings page, head to the your clinic section under the heading personal.

Step 3 :

Once in this section you will be shown any active clinics you have within the software.

Step 4 :

However, to find your non active clinics you will need to select the non active clinics button.

Step 5 :

You will then be shown any non active clinics within the software and to reactivate the clinic in this section you will need to select the eye icon.

Step 6 :

This will then bring the clinic back to your active list meaning it can be booked online or manually in the diary.
