This article will talk you through how to deactivate a clinic in your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
A clinic is needed within you account to assign your appointments to in order for an address to be sent in the confirmation emails. Your clinic also pulls through to your online booking page. If you work at multiple clinics you will just need to create all of these clinics within your software for appointments to be booked at them.
You may need to deactivate a clinic within your ANS if you are no longer working there.
To learn how to deactivate a clinic within your Aesthetic Nurse Software, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to the settings area.
Step 2 :
Then from the settings page, head to the your clinic section under the heading personal.
Step 3 :
Once in this section you will see any clinics already set up within ANS. But to deactivate a clinic you no longer want on your software, you will just need to select the eye icon. Once deactivated this clinic will be removed from your software.
The clinic will not be fully removed, instead this will be stored within the non-active clinics area of the software.
