How To Set Up Your Irregular Online Booking Availability

Learn how to set up your availability when you do not work regular hours.

This article will talk you through how to set up your practitioner availability for irregular hours within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.

Your working hours may be around your NHS shifts meaning they can change on a weekly basis, below will explain how you will set this up within your software.

To learn how to set up irregular hours for your online booking page, follow our simple steps.


Step 1 :

From the main menu, head to the settings section.

Step 2 :

Then once in settings, head to practitioner availability under the heading online booking.

Step 3 :

Once in this section you will be initally shown a 2 week rota, but this will not be where you add your hours.

When entering the practitioner availability section if this screen is blank you may need to update your practitioner settings.Head to our guide on this section to help get set up.

Step 4 :

To start in the two week rota you will need to mark all of the days as not available. This is due to having no regular hours within your aesthetics clinic. You will then need to click update availability.

Step 5 :

Then once saved, you will need to head into the exceptions area of practitioner availability.

Step 6 :

In this area, you will then need to enter all the dates and times that you want to work in aesthetics. You will need to start by clicking the add button.

Step 7 :

Once add has been selected, you will need to tick that you are available for this exception.

Step 8 :

Then you will need to choose the time frame you are available for from the list provided.

Step 9 :

You will then be able to select the date for the clinic availability.

Step 10 :

The you can choose to work whole day (9am-5pm) or part of day.

Step 11 :

If part of day is selected, then you will be able to add your specific working hours. After you will need to select the clinic the availability is for.

If you wish to add mulitple exceptions, you will need to select the 'Add' button each time and repeat the process above.

Step 12 :

Once happy with your exceptions, hit update exceptions.

This will then add the dates entered to your online booking page to allow patients to book on these dates and times.
