This article will talk you through how to set up your practitioner availability for fortnightly dates within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
You may work every other Saturday at your clinic and need to set this up for your online booking page.
To learn how to set up your fortnightly hours for your online booking page, Alternatively, follow our simple steps.
Step 1 :
Form the main menu, head to the settings section.
Step 2 :
Then once in settings, head to practitioner availability under the heading online booking.
Step 3 :
Once in this section you will be shown a 2 week rota, this will be the area you will need to enter your working hours.
Step 4 :
You will then see one of the weeks is named current week, you will need to work out from this the week you usually work the fortnighly dates. For example, if you work this Saturday you would enter the hours into the week marked current week and mark the other as no available.
Step 5 :
The week you are not working you will need to mark as not available.
Step 6 :
And in the other week, enter the hours you want to work this day.
Step 7 :
Once happy with your fortnightly hours, hit update availablity.
The times for the days entered will now continue to show week in, week out for the forseeable as these are set as regular hours.
