How To Deactivate A Staff Login

Learn how to deactivate a staff log in within your ANS.

This article will talk you through how to deactivate a staff login within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.

A staff login can be created to allow a practitioner or receptonist access to your Aesthetic Nurse Software via their own log in details. The staff login will be grated access to your software apart from the reporting and settings area.

You may wish to remove a login for a practitioner if a member of staff has left the company.

To learn how to deactivate a staff login, follow our simple steps below.


Step 1 :

From the main menu, head into the settings area.

Step 2 :

Once in settings, head to the staff login section under the heading people.

Step 3 :

Then you will be brought to the list of staff login who currently have access to your software. To remove the access for one login you will need to click the deactivate button.

This will then remove the access for this one staff login preventing them access from your account. If you accidently remove an access, you will need to just re-add the email address again.
