How To Set Up Online Booking Notifications

Learn how to set up to recieve a notification when an appointment is booked online.

This article will talk you through how to set up that an email is recieved when an online booking is made.

You may want to be notified of an online booking to help manage appointments and also if the appointment is entering to pending approval section.

To learn how to set up to receive notifications, follow our simple steps.


Step 1 :

From the main menu, head to the settings area.

Step 2 :

Once in settings, head to advanced booking settings, under the heading online booking.

Step 3 :

From here you will need to head to the fourth section on the page.

Step 4 :

If you want to receive a notification when a booking is made, you will just need to make sure the box is ticked and the correct email address is showing.

The email address in this box will be the one the online booking notification goes to.

Step 5 :

Once happy, select save details.

Step 6 :

Next time an online booking is then made, you will recieve an email.
