This article will talk you through how to change your follow up settings in Aesthetic Nurse Software.
A follow up is a message which can be sent to your patients after their appointment to ask them about their clinic experience or ask them to leave a review online.
To learn how to change your follow up settings within the software, watch our short video below. Alternatively, follow our simple steps.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, click to enter settings.
Step 2 :
Head into the notification settings, under the heading notifications.
Step 3 :
You will then need to head to the follow up tab.
Step 4 :
From here you will then be able to update how you would like the message to be sent to your patients, with by email or text message.
Reminder : Emails through ANS are complete free of charge and SMS are just at a extra charge with 160 characters being 1 credit.
Step 5 :
After updating how the message is sent, you will be able to update how many days/hours after the appointment the follow up message is recieved by the patient.
Step 6 :
Once happy with your updated follow up settings, hit save details.
Reminder : If you would like the follow up message to be sent to your patients the arrived button must be clicked on the appointment.
