This article will talk you through how to set a medical questionniare within your Aesthetic Nurse Software as default.
You may wish to have one questionniare as default within your software this will automatically appear as the first questionniare when you generate your treatment documentation meaning you will not need to search for your most used form.

Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to settings.
Step 2 :
Once in settings head to medical questions under the heading compliance.
Step 3 :
Then you will need to find the questionnaire you would like to be your default and select the pencil icon.
Step 4 :
You will then just need to make sure the make default is ticked on the questionnaire and hit save.
Step 5 :
This will then mean when the treatment documentation is opened the first questionnaire which will populate will be your default.
One questionnaire within your ANS must be default for your treatment documentation to generate. But this will not effect your automated form set up.
