This article will talk you through how to send a completed consent form to your patients through Aesthetic Nurse Software.
You may need to send a completed consent form to your patients just so they hae a copy to refer back to at a later date.

Step 1 :
First you will need to head into the appointment you want to send the completed forms for. You can do this by heading into the appointment in the diary and choose view patient record.
Step 2 :
From the patient record you will then just need to head into the appointment with the completed forms.
Step 3 :
Once in the treatment documentation, you will need to head to the consent section where if the consent form has been completed the form will show and the hexagon for the consent forms will be green.
Step 4 :
To send a patient a copy of this completed form to your patient, you will need to select the send completed form button. This will then email your patient a copy of the form with their signature.
