This article will talk you through how to send a completed medical questionniare to your patients through Aesthetic Nurse Software.
You may need to send a completed medical questionnaire to your patients so they have a copy to refer back to at a later date.
To learn how to send a completed medical questionnaire to your patients, follow our simple steps.
Step 1 :
First you will need to head into the appointment you want to send the completed forms for. You can do this by heading into the appointment in the diary and choose view patient record.
Step 2 :
From the patient record you will then just need to head into the appointment with the completed forms.
Step 3 :
You will then be taken to the medical questionnaire section, where if the questionnaire has been completed this will show and the hexagon for medical questionnaires will be green.
Step 4 :
To send the patient a copy of this completed form to your patient, you will need to select the send completed form button. This will then email your patients a copy of their answers alongside their signature.
