This article will talk you through how to complete a treatment map within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
Your treatment map will be a visual look at where you have injected your patients and also show the amount of product you have used on each area of your patient.
With your treatment map, a product needs to be added to the software in the treatment details section to be a ble to move onto this section.

Step 1 :
To document your treatment map for your patient an appointment will need to be booked in the diary first. Once an appointment is booked you will need to click on this appointment in the diary to bring up the appointment summary and then choosing to view the patient record.
Step 2 :
Then when in the patients record, you will need to click on the appointment you wish to document the treatment map for.
Step 3 :
Once in the appointment, head to the treatment map hexagon.
If you are unable to open the treatment map section, you may need to assign your product for the treatment within the treatment details section first. To learn how to add a treatment product to your appointment, head to our specific guide on this section.
Step 4 :
Once in the treatment ap section the first thing you will be able to do is select the template to use for the patient.
Step 5 :
You have 2 female, 2 male, a lip specific and a full body template to choose from. Your own patients photos will also show in this section so you are able to plot directly onto their image too.
Step 6 :
Once you have chosen your template you can then choose the product you'll be using on the patient for the treatment.
Step 7 :
You'll then be able to select the colour you would like the product to appear on the treatment map.
Step 8 :
Once the colour has been sleected you can begin your injection points by clicking or tapping on the treatment map.
Step 9 :
When the firstinjection point has been added to the face, your dosage area at the bottom of the page will appear.You can then choose the type of dosgae and the amount for that injection point.
Step 10 :
You can then begin plotiting your injection points. To increase or decrease your dosages you can then plot your point and then change the dosage amount.
Step 11 :
You then also hav e the ability to draw lines with your dosages on the end to demonstration the injection.
Step 12 :
You can then also have the option to change the drag option to demonstate injections differently.
Step 13 :
You have the ability to free draw on the face. If you prefer to document in this way.
Step 14 :
You can also shade out areas of the face to document.
Step 15 :
If you plot any points incorrectly, you do have the ability to remove any points via the bin icon and arrow icon.
Step 16 :
You also have the ability to write notes directly on the treatment map area.
Step 17:
Once happy with the treatment map, you can select the save option which will then save the treatment map into your account.
