Finding Your Invoice
To be able to take payment for your treatments through ANS you first need to head your treatment invoice.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head into the diary section.
Step 2 :
Once in the diary area, you will need to click on the appointment in the diary and choose to view the patient record.
Step 3 :
Then when in the patient record, you will need to click on the appointment you wish to access the invoice for.
Step 4 :
Once in the appointment, head to the invoice hexagon.
Your Payment Options
Once in your invoice you will find your payment options, these options help to pay the invoice off and record how the payment was taken.
Step 5 :
In this section you will find 5 payment options for the invoice.
Step 6 :
Your first option is offline card, this payment method is for any card payments made away from ANS. This could be from a seperate card machine or via bank transfer.
Step 7 :
Your second payment option is cash, this payment method is if the patient is paying cash for the appointment.
Step 8 :
Your third payment option is through Stripe of sending a payment link. By selecting this method a payment link will be sent via email to your patients outlining the price of their treatment. They are then able to pay the outstanding invoice.
Step 9 :
Your fourth payment option is through Stripe and this is via a Stripe card reader. A Stripe card reader can be purchased through ANS for £70 and this can be linked via our payment app to take payment automatically from the invoice section.
Step 10 :
Your fifth payment option is through Stripe and this is charging a card on file. If a patient has previously paid through the software via Stripe, their card details are stored on file and can be charged for the appointment.
Our charge card on file option can also be used to charge no show appointments depending on your cancellation policy.
Step 11 :
Your final payment option is others, this option contains the ability to pay the invoice via a gift voucher and also payment plans such as GoCardless, Klarna and ClearPay.
