How To Add Your Treatment Notes

This article will talk you through how to complete your treatment notes within Aesthetic Nurse Software.

Your treatment notes allows you to document exactly what your patients have experienced within their treatment. Your treatment notes within ANS are date, time and practitioner stamped creating an audit trail of your notes for future reference if needed.

To write your treatment notes for your patient, an appointment will need to be booked in the diary first. Once an appointment is booked you will need to click on this appointment in the diary to bring up the appointment summary and then choosing to view the patient record.

Then when in the patients record, you will need to click on the appointment you wish to add the notes to.

Once in the appointment, head to the treatment details hexagon.

In this section you are able to write your treatment notes in the main box provided.

You will also find our snippet section in this section to make your not writing easier.

Once happy with your treatment note for this appointment select the save comment option.

When the comment has been saved you will see a date, time and practitioner stamp on the note. This will seal the note meaning it cannot be edited. If there is further information you would like to add to the note, you are able to add another note and save this again creating an audit trail of the notes made.
