Updated over 9 months ago

This article will talk you through how to restrict the access a staff login has within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.

You may wish to restrict which areas of the software a staff member has access to, this could be due to them being a receptionist or a practitioner which works part time in your clinic.

To learn how to restrict access levels, watch our short video below. Alternatively, follow our simple steps.

Step 1 :

From the main menu, select to enter settings.

Step 2 :

Once in settings, head to the staff login section under the heading people.

Step 3 :

Then you should see your current staff logins stored within your software. To edit the access levels, select the pencil icon.

Step 4 :

First you can update the practitioner preference in the first section. If this is a practitioner staff login then you can set who the log in is for and also how you would like their diary to appear.

Step 5 :

To then remove access for this staff login to areas of the software, you can head to the assign access level section and untick any of the areas you would like this staff login to not have access too.

Anything ticked in this section will mean that this login will have access to this section.

Step 6 :

Next to the diary and prescriptions you have a cog icon to select individual features you would like to restrict. Then once happy, hit save.
