This article will talk you through how to create a staff login within your Aesthetic Nurse Software.
A staff login can be created to allow a practitoner or receptionist access to your Aesthetic Nurse Software via their own log in details. The staff login will be grated access to your software apart from the reporting and settings area.
To learn how to create a staff login, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu head into the settings area.
Step 2 :
Once in settings, head to the staff login section under the heading people.
Step 3 :
Then to create a new staff member select the add new login button.
Step 4 :
You will then need to enter the name of the staff member and the email address you would like to link to the account.
Step 5 :
Once saved, your staff member will be sent a password creation link where they can create a password for the software to allow them access.
Once a password has been created the 'pending confirmation' will remove from the log in section.
