How To Collect ANS Reviews

Learn how to collect and show ANS reviews on your online booking page in ANS.

This article will talk you through how to enable ANS reviews to collect them automatically from patients and also how to show them on your ANS booking page.

Reviews are a great way for new patients to learn ab out previous patients experiences at your clinic and help boost bookings.

Enabling Your ANS Reviews

Within your ANS you have the option to collect reviews directly into the platform to share directly onto your online booking page.

Step 1 :

To enable your ANS reviews, you first need to head to settings.

Step 2 :

Once in settings, head to reviews under the heading online booking.

Step 3 :

Then in the review section you will find the ANS review option.

Step 4 :

To enable the ability to collect ANS reviews, you just need to select the enable option.


Update Follow Up Template

Once you have selected to enable ANS reviews, you will then be able to update your follow up template to contain the review request.

Step 5 :

To set up the template, you will first need to head to settings.

Step 6 :

Once in settings, you will then need to head to SMS/email templates under the heading notifications.

Step 7 :

You will then need to select the email option at the top of the template page and enter the follow up via the edit option.

Step 8 :

In the edit section, you will then have the option to free type your message for the follow up. To then add your ANS review to this, click the ANS review tag.

Step 9 :

To then send your review request to your patients, you will need to make sure you click arrived on the appointment in the diary.

Step 10 :

Depending on your follow up settings, this will then send the follow up containing the review request to your patients.

Publishing ANS Reviews

Once you start collecting ANS reviews, you can choose to publish the reviews to your online booking page.

Step 11 :

Back in settings and into the review settings area under the heading online booking.

Step 12 :

You will need to select to turn on your reviews if you have not selected to do so already.

You can always disable the reviews at any stage if you no longer wish these to show on the online booking page.

Step 13 :

To then choose which ANS reviews show on your online booking page, select manage reviews.

Step 14 :

You can then head to the ANS reviews tab in the manage reviews section.

Step 15 :

If you wish to publish all of your reviews, you can select the publish all option.

Step 16 :

Alternatively, if you wish to only publish specific reviews you can publish via the button next to each review.

Step 17 :

You do also have the ability to unpublish the reviews if you no longer wish for them to be shown on your booking page.

Only reviews which are published will show on the online booking page.

Step 18 :

When happy, this will pull through the reviews selected and the star rating.

Step 19 :

Your patients can also click on the review option to read the specific reviews.
