This article will talk you through how to sync your Google account to ANS to show your reviews on your online booking page and also how to start collecting Google reviews automatically through ANS.
Reviews are a great way for new patients to learn about previous patients experiences at your clinic and help boost bookings.

Connect Your Google Reviews
If you already have a Google business page set up and are connecting reviews from patients, you now have the ability to link this to your ANS. By linking this, your reviews collected on this platform will pull through to your booking page.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head into settings.
Step 2 :
Once in settings, head to reviews under the heading online booking.
Step 3 :
Then in the review section you will find the Google review option.
Step 4 :
To connect your Google reviews, select the connect option.
Step 5 :
This will then direct you to log into your Google business page or choose the page from the list if you are already logged in.
Step 6 :
Once you have selected the account you would like to connect, you will need to allow Aesthetic Nurse Software access to your Google page.
At this stage if you are trying to connect a personal page and not a Google review page you will be redirected to connect the account again.
Step 7 :
Once connected your review link will show within the connect page.
Publishing Google Reviews
Once you have turned on your Google account in ANS, you can then show your Google reviews on your online booking page.
Step 8 :
Still on the review settings, to turn on your reviews for your online booking page you will then need to select the show online option.
You can always disable the reviews at any stage if you no longer wish these to show on the online booking page.
Step 9 :
To then choose which Google reviews show on your online booking page, select manage reviews.
Step 10 :
You can then head to the Google review tab in the manage reviews section.
Step 11 :
If you wish to publish all of your reviews, you can select the publish all option.
Step 12 :
Alternatively, if you wish to only publish specific reviews you can publish via the button next to each review.
Step 13 :
You do also have the ability to unpublish the reviews if you no longer wish for them to show on your booking page.
Only reviews which are published will show on the online booking page.
Step 14 :
When happy, this will pull through the reviews selected and the star rating.
Step 15 :
Your patients can also click on the review option to read the specific reviews.
Sending A Google Review Request
You also have the ability to send a Google review request link to your patients through ANS in our follow up message.
Step 16 :
To send a Google review request, you will just need to add our google tag to your follow up message. If you head to settings.
Step 17 :
Once in settings, head to SMS/email templates under the heading notifications.
Step 18 :
You will then need to select the email option at the top of the template page and enter the follow up via the edit option.
Step 19 :
In the edit section, you will then have the option to free type your message for the follow up. To then add your Google review to this, click the Google review tag.
Step 20 :
To then send your review request to your patients, you will need to make sure you click arrived on the appointment in the diary to trigger this review request.
Step 21 :
Depending on your follow up settings, this will then send the follow up containing the review request to your patients.
