From the Device Monitor page, you can access real-time and historical data for each device. At the center of the screen, you'll see the Chart/Table module, flanked by the parameters list panel on the right and the device and location Information panels below.
Chart View
The Chart View allows you to select and overlay multiple parameters on a single chart, making it easy to identify trends and correlations. Each line's color corresponds to a parameter shown in the key below the graph. The key also displays the minimum, maximum, and average values for each selected parameter.
Dynamic Scaling in Charts
Charts automatically scale when viewing larger time ranges. To display tens of thousands of data points in a readable format, the chart summarizes data by averaging values across intervals that fit the selected time scale.
For example:
• When viewing "Last 1 Hour", data is plotted in 1-minute increments.
• When viewing "Last 7 Days", data is plotted in 30-minute increments.
As a result, the chart's visual maximum and minimum values may not match the exact figures shown in the key. Additionally, resizing your browser window will cause the chart to redraw and adjust its scale. The chart is ideal for identifying trends over extended periods.
Table View
The Table View displays your selected parameters in a spreadsheet-style format. You can choose to view any number of parameters—or all of them—at once.
Data Range
By default, the data range is set to Last 3 Hours. You can quickly switch to preset ranges including:
Last 1 Hour
Last 3 Hours
Last 6 Hours
Last 12 Hours
Last 1 Day
Last 2 Days
Last 7 Days
Custom Range
For a custom range, follow these steps:
Select a start date, then choose a start time using the 24-hour time selector on the right.*
Once both start date and time are selected, proceed to select the end date and end time.
Click "OK" to apply the new time range.
*NOTE: You must select both start date and time before you will be able to select the end date and time.
Downloading Data
To download data while on the Device Monitor, click the Actions dropdown in the top-right corner (beneath the time controls and above the parameter list).
In Chart View, you'll receive a PDF File containing a snapshot of the current chart.
In Table View, you'll download a CSV (comma-separated values) File, compatible with spreadsheet software such as Excel.
You can download data for multiple devices at once from the Devices List Page by following these steps:
Go to the Devices Page.
Select multiple devices.
Click the Actions button.
Choose Download > Table Data or Download > Parameters Data.
Data from Devices You Reset or No Longer Own
