Navigation Tips
The navigation panel can found on the left hand side.
The search box filters as you type to quickly narrow down your search and additional filtering can be found in the right panel.
Table column headers can be selected and toggled to sort by ascending or descending values.
Header
The header shows your current Organization name. If you have access to multiple Organization, it will default to All accounts, and you can select between them from the drop down menu. On the right side of the header is your Profile photo which links to your Account Settings.
Home
You'll start at the Home page whenever you log in. There are 4 main modules visible to provide you with an overview of all devices associated with your account.
Devices Online: A bar graph of device uptime for the last 24 hours.
Total Devices: A pie chart of total devices that are Online, Offline, and Deactivated.
Total Devices By Type: Device type totals and the status breakdown of online/offline/deactivated for each device type.

Dashboard
The dashboards page will list all dashboards that you have access to. Favorited dashboards will have a star next to their name and appear first in the list.
If no dashboards are visible, you will have to create your first dashboard by clicking the Create Dashboard button in the top right corner of the page.
From the dashboard, you quickly switch to a different dashboard by accessing the dropdown menu next to the dashboard name. Selecting another dashboard from this dropdown menu will take you to that dashboard.
Customization options for individual dashboards are accessible in the top right corner, including options to adjust the timeframe, add more widgets, edit the name and description, duplicate, transfer, and delete the dashboard.
Map

Devices
The Devices page shows you an inventory of all your devices.
Expanding each line shows a snapshot of the device details, including power, signal and the last reporting time.
For Thiamis devices, you can also view which third-party devices are attached.
For Aethair IAQ and PRO devices, you can observe the current air quality conditions, including PM, CO2, Formaldehyde, VOC, and Temperature.
You can Manage devices through the Actions button located at the top right of the list, enabling you to Activate, Deactivate, Share, Transfer, and Reset devices. Additionally, you can download table and parameter data.

Alerts
Alerts are crucial to leveraging the full power of Environet. Using our cloud based, IoT platform, alerts keep a watchful eye on your devices and let you know when conditions change.
On the Alerts page, you'll see the full collection of Alerts you've set up, including the last triggered date and status. Creating an Alert is only a few clicks away, simply click the actions button and select Create New > Alert, and you will be taken to the alert configuration page. We also now allow users to set up Group Alerts. These allow you to select multiple devices at a time, simplifying the setup for organizations that have many devices.
Alerts can also be monitored from their individual monitoring pages, simply click on the alert name and you will be taken to that Alert's event graph outlining when the alert was triggered, the value of that parameter/condition, and all alert details.
User & Organization Management
The Users section shows all users who have access to the selected Organization (shown on the top left of every page).
The Invitations section allows you to view all user invitations and Invite Users to your organization.
The organizations and partnership sections show you all organizations and partnerships that you have access to, and allow you to create new organizations and partnerships.
Mobile Access
Environet works seamlessly in your mobile browser. You can visit environet.io from your phone or tablet to access your data at any time, without needing to download an app.
Device data, such as that collected by an Aethair IAQ, can also be viewed through the Aethair App, which provides a simplified overview of your device readings. While the app offers a convenient snapshot of your data, it does not include the full range of monitoring tools, Noesis AI tools, and data visualizations available in Environet.
For the most complete experience, including advanced analysis and reporting features, we recommend accessing environet.io through your mobile browser.
