Aether generates new outputs (derivative works) by combining:
Your prompt (what you want to create)
Relevant source content from your library
Your company's PowerPoint template
Starting a New Output
Click the “+” (plus) icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
Choose your output type (more types are being added regularly).
Then you will need to choose a few parameters: the output type, as well as your content description/prompt, slide count, and other parameter controls, which will guide Aether to create the initial narrative and structure.
Name your output: Write a descriptive name so you can find it in your library
Please note, this name is only for your library. The actual presentation title will be generated automatically by Aether based on the content.
Describe what your content is about: Enter a prompt that tells Aether what you want to create. Aether will use this description to find relevant sources and shape the narrative of your output.
You can choose to be:
A broad request or topic: Aether will design a presentation based on best-practice storytelling.
Example: “Make a presentation about everything we know about X, including A, B, and C.”Prescriptive / detailed – Specify exact slides or topics for Aether to follow closely.
Note: for additional guidance, check out Writing Prompts for Successful Outputs.
Choose the number of slides: Between 1 and 100 slides.
Choose the content framing: Decide how 'text-heavy' you'd like your slides.
Presentation View: More visual, less text.
Pre-read: More text, still with charts and tables.
Balanced: (Default) A mix of both.
Generate the Output
Click Create Output.
Aether will begin building your document:
Outline text
Source references
PowerPoint slides
Generation usually takes about one minute, depending on size.
Once complete, you can refine your parameters and re-generate. See Refining an Existing Output.
