KINNECT requests that applicants bring any relevant supporting documents, including reports, special treatment information, prescriptions, or photos of dispensed medications, to their appointment. By providing these documents during the appointment, applicants are giving implied consent for KINNECT to review and use them in the medical determination process.

All documents must be scanned and sent to KINNECT via email or fax. If reports are received that pertain to a medical condition not initially requiring further review, they will still be considered during the final sign-off by the doctor, as conducted by KINNECT.
